Craig Charney -
I have been a lifelong hiker, mountaineer, skier and backcountry adventurer. NOLS program graduate and time spent climbing in New Hampshire after college has informed my rekindled interest in the mountains of the West: trail running, trad climbing, and backcountry skiing are how I express my love for the outdoors. As well, I volunteer on behalf of and encourage volunteership in younger generations to support environmental causes. Sierras and Colorado are my current playgrounds for this lifelong passion.
Emily Hendrick -
Emily Hendrick is a San Francisco native, but got hooked on mountains after moving to Boulder, CO in 2011. She has summited all of the Colorado 14ers as well as glaciated peaks in the North Cascades, the Andes of Ecuador and Peru, and the Himalayas. Her 2018 climbs included Kilimanjaro, Mt. Whitney and Mt. Russell, Mt. Baker, the Grand Teton, and New Zealand's Mt. Aspiring. She loves international mountaineering trips as a lens through which to explore new cultures. When not spending time in the alpine, she works for an environmental nonprofit based in Berkeley.
