Informed Consent/Waiver

Informed consent / waivers are required for all participants and volunteers attending AAC events and activities where they are exposed to hazardous behavior or conditions, and are good for 12 months from date of signing. Read and follow the instructions found in the linked document (direct link to event generating form here).
Update: June 2023: ANYONE attending or hosting an AAC event MUST fill out a waiver. A waiver must be filled out once every calendar year. Contact Hannah Hoetmer hhoetmer@americanalpineclub.org to request a waiver for your chapter/section for 2023.
